No endless questionnaire or ready-made solution.
We begin with a conversation: what’s happening, what you hope to achieve, what you’ve already tried, the constraints, and the people involved.
Then, depending on the matter, I can:
research the relevant information · check key details · compare options · contact the right people · organize the next steps · prepare for or support a negotiation · coordinate those involved · stay with the matter until it’s resolved.
Sometimes a few hours of thought or research are enough. Other situations call for longer-term support.
The matter shapes how we work, not the other way around.

WHAT DALEXIS PRIVATE IS NOT
Not a concierge service or an outsourced assistant.
Dalexis Private isn’t a menu of services to choose from, and I don’t take on every request indiscriminately.
I’m most useful when a matter calls for judgment, research, organization, initiative, or the ability to see how its different parts fit together.
For highly specialized work, I’d rather help you find the right professional than claim to do everything myself.

You shouldn’t have to explain everything from scratch each time.
We may work together on just one matter.
But the relationship can continue. Over time, I get to know your circumstances, your priorities, how you make decisions, and what we’ve already worked through.
When something new comes up, we can get started much more quickly.
That’s one reason Dalexis remains intentionally small: I’d rather truly know the people I work with than take on more matters than I can give my attention to.
